About HQEC – Mission, History & Team
Mission Statement: At Higher Quality Education Consulting, our mission is to elevate educational excellence across all facets of the school ecosystem. We empower institutions to deliver transformative, faith-conscious learning experiences that nurture both the mind and the spirit. By supporting administrators, educators, and students, we provide innovative strategies that honor religious values, embrace cultural and ethnic diversity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Through expert guidance and collaborative partnerships, we help institutions strengthen academic rigor, enhance spiritual growth, and create inclusive environments where every individual can thrive.
Vision Statement: Our vision at Higher Quality Education Consulting is to be the premier global leader in educational consulting, recognized for advancing academic achievement, cultivating moral and spiritual development, and celebrating diversity. We envision schools as holistic centers of learning where excellence in scholarship is complemented by strong ethical and faith-based foundations, and where students and staff from all backgrounds feel valued and supported. Through cutting-edge research, comprehensive services, and strategic partnerships, we aspire to transform education into a vehicle that uplifts entire communities and prepares future leaders to succeed with integrity in an ever-changing world.
History: Higher Quality Education Consulting (HQEC) traces its origins to two cousins whose passion for youth empowerment led them to co-author a small pamphlet that later became The War Within Our Hearts, an Amazon bestseller. What began as a grassroots effort to guide adolescents through personal and spiritual challenges grew into a firm dedicated to enhancing education on a global scale. Since its founding, HQEC has designed and implemented hundreds of programs both locally and internationally—including initiatives for the U.S. State Department. We have published books addressing education and social issues, advised schools and institutions worldwide, and launched projects that make learning more enriching, inclusive, and spiritually grounded. Today, HQEC stands as a trusted partner for institutions seeking to elevate excellence, honor religious and cultural values, and create transformative educational experiences.
